Please help me to get spca5xx-bsd-0.5a.patc.gz

Dear Sir,

         I update the ports names "spcaview" on FreeBSD4.9 and it needs
    spca5xx-bsd-0.5a.patch.gz.
         But I can't get this files from
    ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/distfiles/spca5xx-bsd-0.5a.patch.gz
and
    http://www.medias.ne.jp/~takam/bsd/spca5xx-bsd-0.5a.patch.gz

         I needs to use spcaview, please tell me the place to get this file.
