FreeBSD Port: squid-2.5.13 - doesn't honor squid_group setting during install

I've overridden squid_group to nobody.  In prior versions of the port, this worked fine.  In 2.5.13, it still tries to use group squid.  2.5.10 (? _4 ?) works fine.
