Yes.  The required GSSAPI libraries are standard in 5.x and above.  I
posted about this here (freebsd-perl at ...) earlier:

and it seemed that the port was going to be modified at one point, but
nothing has yet come to pass.

Either install security/krb5 or do a buildworld cycle with
MAKE_KERBEROS5=yes defined in /etc/make.conf.  Then the p5-GSSAPI port
will install smoothly.
