portupgrade & changes in packages

	Try:

	1) bring your ports tree up-to-date
	2) run "portupgrade -r libtool-1.3.5_2"

	libtool-1.3.5_2 has been removed from the ports tree. and all
ports upgraded to use libtool-1.5.22_2.
