BitchX for AMD64

A few months ago, Goran Gajic (CCed) submitted a large patch to make Bx work 
on amd64

Unfortunately AFAIK the current port maintainer (CCed) has not responded yet.
The patch needs to be modified to go into the ports tree
(The patches against the Makefiles need to be against Makefile.in, the patch 
against config.h appears to be superflous etc.)
