Broken p5-Flickr-Upload

Hi,

There are some minor problems with p5-Flickr-Upload.
1) p5-Flickr-Upload does not depend on p5-Flickr-API (and it should)
2) the current version of p5-Flickr-API is the 0.03 (in the ports) while the
current version (on the website) is 0.07. The p5-Flickr-Upload current version
(that is 1.22) does not work with FlickAPI 0.03. With FlickAPI 0.07,
Flickr-Upload 1.22 works correctly.

Therefore, would it be possible to
1) update the p5-Flickr-API port to version 0.07
2) add a dependence on p5-Flickr-API for p5-Flickr-Upload.
