FreeBSD ports: 1 unfetchable distfiles: audio/tta

why is http://www.true-audio.com/ftp/ttaenc-3.3-src.zip being
the distfile IS fetchable:
=> ttaenc-3.3-src.zip doesn't seem to exist in /usr/ports/distfiles/.
=> Attempting to fetch from http://www.true-audio.com/ftp/.
