python setuptools supports are needed new ports.!

these days. many python packages such as sqlobject has supported
python setuptools script.

It automatically download and install itself (setuptools packages)
It automatically download and install dependency packages...
and many new features..

I think It requires devel/py-setuptools new ports.
Is there any one to do this?
