FreeBSD Port: dbmail-mysql-2.0.0_2

dbmail has been bumped to 2.0.4 as of 2005-03-17 ... some major bugs 
have been address in micro versions 1-4.

I can usually bump the Makefiles and distinfo to get around this, but 
it would be nice to see the port update.
