I upgraded it by "portupgrade -fR cyrus-sasl-saslauthd -x perl".
Is a dependant port not the same as a slave port?
Excuse my lack of knowledge. :)

How did you update cyrus-sasl2-saslauthd? If you updated it by
`portupgrade -R', cyrus-sasl2 will be also updated by dependency.
