HEADS UP: Locking down the ports tree for the GNOME 2.10 import

I will be locking down the ports tree in 10 minutes for the GNOME 2.10
import.  This import will bump about 900 PORTREVISIONs, and that's why I
want an exclusive lock.  I will send an all-clear when I'm through.
