devel/Bugzilla 2.18 port broken?

p5-File-Spec problem is bugzilla's chkecksetup.pl bug(was reported to
bugzilla.org https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=257933)
fix checksetup.pl like below
{
name => 'File::Spec',
version => '0'
},
and bugzilla requires DBD::mysql version 2.1010. so upgrade your p5-DBD-mysql.
