I have overhauled the arla port and upgraded it to 0.38
yesterday. I tested only on an i386 5.3 RELEASE machine, the
compiling runs very smoothly on 5.3. Please consider to commit
ports/76247! The pkg-plist is maybe not optimal, but I am not so
experienced. I was not even sure whether to put '@unexec rmdir
%D/bin 2>/dev/null || true' but I did not put it in.

Thank you very much,
  George
