A note for package ttf2pt1

Please note:

ttf2pt1 source distribution includes a version of "t1asm" -- which is
part of the "t1utils" package.  The one in tt2fpt1 is somewhat older,
prints unconditional banner-phrase "This is t1asm." to stderr (very
annoying when run in pipelines), and has a MD5 checksum different
from the one in "t1utils" package.

However, it can be omitted when building "ttf2pt1" by defining:

	-DEXTERNAL_T1ASM

as is noted in the original ttf2pt1 Makefile.  Please define it for
the "package" build.  Thanks.
