mod_perl + perl 5.8 with thread support

FWIW, the mod_perl2 port will remain prefork/unthreaded due to the 
testing nightmare the support of multiple different configurations would 
entail.

Interested people can however do a dependent child port with different 
flag settings - go nuts :-)
