Trying to figure out why pkg_info broken.

I'm running freebsd 4.6.2-RELEASE-p2 (yes needs updating) and I installed
apache2 via portupgrade.  When I run pkg_info I get this:

I'm not sure how these conflicts are appearing in this file. I don't have
those ports installed.  Need help.
