When deinstalling the package, this error is displayed:

pkg_delete: file '/usr/local/man/mann/memory.n.gz' doesn't really exist

memory.n.gz does not exist, but memory.n does:

locate memory.n
/usr/local/man/mann/memory.n

All the other MANN items end in gz:

locate after.n
/usr/local/man/mann/after.n.gz
bash-2.05b# locate library.n
/usr/local/man/mann/library.n.gz
