perl upgrade from 5.8.5 to 5.8.6_2 and irssi-0.8.9_2

Hello all.

I use FreeBSD 5.3-RELEASE-p5 on i386 machine. After cvsuping the ports
(yesterday) and portupgrading I can't run irssi. When I try to run it I get
following error message:

/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libperl.so" not found, required by
"irssi"

The irssi wasn't changed but perl was. It was upgraded from 5.8.5 to
5.8.6_2 version by 'portupgrade -vrRa' command. Is this problem belongs to
the perl port or to the portupgrade?
