HEADS UP: pthread fix for libtool-1.5.22

I've found the problem with libtool-1.5.22 and -pthread.  It was a
misapplied patch (the ltmain.sh code changed slightly so that a line was
added in the wrong place).  The following patch (to replace
devel/libtool15/files/patch-ltmain.sh) will fix this problem.
