Doxygen update

Hi,

is there a specific reason Doxygen hasn't been updated in a while (like 
keeping it in sync with KDE)?
Most notably, there's a bug in the current portversion that stops \private and 
friends from working (PHP only commands) and is fixed in 1.4.5. Updating the 
version number, doing a makesum and installing works without any problems for 
me (except package target, since the pkg-plist needs updating obviously).
