Change every occurance of #include "common.h" to
#include <common.h> to fix the stdout errors in your c sources.
Then when you start getting errors like this:
/usr/bin/ld: cannot open output file /root/bin/i386/pslReps: No such file or
directory
In your makefiles change $(HOME) to ../..
