ClamSMTP 1.5 is broken. After installing it on my server, it keeps mail in the Postfix queue. Accoording to the mailinglist of clamsmtp this problem can be solved by enabling debug mode. (it must be started with -d 4 on the commandline) Thank you. Jack Raats
