failure in postgresql74-client on AMD64

Hi!
When trying to upgrade postgresql74-client on amd64 FreeBSD 5.4 (stable) got
an error:
make

"/usr/ports/databases/postgresql74-client/work/postgresql-7.4.8/config.log"
including the output of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be
a good idea to provide an overview of all packages installed on your system
(e.g. an `ls /var/db/pkg`).

Stop in /usr/ports/databases/postgresql74-client.
any solution?
many ports are dependent on this port.
