patchfile of x11/xloadimage is unfetchable

Hello,

the patchfile of x11/xloadimage is unfetchable. I submitted a PR two 
months ago; it's ports/82175. Today I sent an update of this patch. Due 
to a maintainer timeout it would be nice if someone else look at it.
