What are duplicate INDEX entries and why do I have them?

Bah! I typoed that.  It should say 'WITH_APACHE2'.

Actually, yes.  The www/mod_jk2 port detects if you have apache2
installed and automatically sets WITH_APACHE2 for you:

    .if exists(${LOCALBASE}/include/apache2/apr.h)
    WITH_APACHE2=   yes
    .endif

mod_rpaf and mod_rpaf2 both use
${PORTSDIR}/www/apache2/Makefile.modules.3rd which has similar logic
to detect the installed version of apache.
