Inkscape port is old and getting seriously outdated

Inkscape in graphics/inkscape has been dragging for months.


Version in ports collection (0.38.1) dates back to 2004-04-08.

Latest release (0.39) has been around since 2004-07-15.


Is there actually some reason for not updating this port?
