tcl84 header issue

Dirk, that seems to have done the trick (pkg_deinstall tcl, reinstall +
install tk). How would tcl have become corrupted during install and
have installed correctly? You know, I do believe that tcl may have
been installed as a pkg during the 5.3 beta install, so perhaps that
could have been the issue? Perhaps a slightly older revision and thus
some problem?

At any rate, thanks much!
