Compile fails for ports/x11-toolkits/tk84 (fix attached)

That directory is the ${WRKDIR} used by packages built on the package
cluster.  Did you install tcl 8.4 from the package?  Either way I
don't know why this would be hardcoded in files installed by tcl.
