I have been trying to work with the benchmarking program nbench. The port installs under 4.10 but fails during benchmark execution in the tests Assignment and Huffman on my machine. There is a newer version 2.2.1 on Mayer's website which compiles and performs flawlessly (the ports version is 2.1). Hope that this helps. Robert Munn
