cdecl

Hi:
I have downloaded the cdecl2.5 tar file and run a make -f Makefile and I got errors that prevent me form installing. I think this tar file does not have the neccessary .c and .h files. Where do I get them?
If you think everything is in this tar file, what do I need to do then?
