benchmarks/nttcp: MASTER_SITES, MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR

Hi there,

you are listed as the maintainer of benchmarks/nttcp, the port's
Makefile contains:

MASTER_SITES=	http://www.leo.org/~bartel/nttcp/ \
		${MASTER_SITE_LOCAL}
MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR=	billf

/pub/FreeBSD/ports/local-distfiles/billf/ however doesn't exist
on any one of the hosts listed in MASTER_SITE_LOCAL. what happened?

can you either put the directory (with the tarball) back, or commit
a fix for the port?
