Just want to let you know that the documentation in pkg-message should be
updated. It says:
 
     GRANT SELECT,INSERT,UPDATE,DELETE,INDEX, ALTER,CREATE,DROP,REFERENCES \
           ON <database>.* TO <dbuser>@<host> IDENTIFIED BY '<password>';
     FLUSH PRIVILEGES;

I also had to grant LOCK TABLES to get the website working properly. I am
using MySQL 4.0.13.
