www/apache13 will not compile on 5.2.1-R

Trying to upgrade my Apache to the latest port version (1.3.29-4), but
having absolutely no luck getting it to compile ..

Looking through the mailing list archives, I don't see anyone else
having the problem. But I've tried it a few times and it keeps doing the
same thing. 

Anyone have any ideas? I'm stumped ..
