x11-wm/9menu categorie

Hello,

I would like to know why this ports had been added to the x11-wm 
categorie because it is not a wm.

The port's Makefile had change at Revision 1.8

If the reason of this change can be reconsidered, I would like to propose 
to change its categorie to "x11 plan9" instead of "x11-wm plan9" 
in a send-pr.
