Garbage left in /usr/ports after doing ``make describe''

Sadly this target must be produced by "make describe".
so moving it one step later won't solve this problem.

if WRKDIRPREFIX is set, the port directory will not be touched.

I ponder to use the new location of the OPTIONS file /var/db/ports/
for it, but I have not resolved all conficts yet.
