Port: cfgstoragemk

Spent several hours running cfkstoragemaker - installed from 4.9 & 5.2.1
version 1.0,1.  I must have looked at the problem line a million times 
before the LITE when on.........

Found that the "header.tpl" file needs a patch to add the correct path to 
the mibs directory.

It points at "/usr/share/snmp/mibs" , which need to point at 
"/usr/local/share/snmp/mibs"

That old "LOCAL" problem
