About pdftk (my port is done)

Hi

I have finished the port for pdftk.

I would like to thank all the people that has help me a lot, especially Oliver Eikemeier.

Before I send a PR. I would like to ask which category should I put for the pdftk.

I think it should be in the 'printing' category. The pdftk website is in:
