I have been getting this as well, also on 4-STABLE. However, I copped out and 
installed previous version of libxml2 via pkg_add -r, built gimp-devel with 
it (that worked, but with the current libxml2 it didn't, regardless of 
OPTIONS for libxml) and then upgraded libxml2 again.
