FreeBSD ports: 1 unfetchable distfiles: x11-wm/qinx

Please tell me what is wrong. This is the second notice I have had of 
this, and there is nothing wrong with the port that I can find. The 
logs merely shows that the distfile was skipped. There was no error in 
fetching it, because it never tried to fetch it.

My brain hurts!
