HEADS UP: New bsd.gnome.mk changes

The following changes we made to bsd.gnome.mk in revision 1.57.

* A new intltool component was added that adds a BUILD_DEPENDS on
textproc/intltool.  gtk20 and intlhack have been made to use this
component.  You should use this component if your port uses intltool
0.28 or higher as this adds a dependency on the XML::Parser Perl
module.  Ports that depend on intlhack and gtk20 should inherit this
dependency implicitly.

* A new gtkhtml3 component was added that adds a LIB_DEPENDS on
www/gtkhtml3.  Nothing special about this.  If your port uses gtkhtml3,
you can include this component instead.
