Some, but not all, of the reports let you restrict to a single
category -- look at the ones at the top of the index page.

I can't think of a completely general way to allow every report
to be restricted -- simply from a user-interface standpoint.  The
underlying SQL could be made to do it.

I think anyone looking at these reports will quickly conclude
that I'm not really a UI guru :-)
