osh: New Release (osh-040216)

Hello,

Note that I'm not subscribed to any FreeBSD mailing lists.  I
suppose this may get to you, but I cannot be sure.  Please, CC any
responses to me.

This is just a quick note to let you know that there is a new
version of osh available.  The previous version, osh-031112, has
been removed.  There are many changes in this release.
