www/lynx port distfiles update

Please update the ports collection makefile PATH_SITES= entry to 
download the following files from this location
ftp://lynx.isc.org/lynx/lynx2.8.4/patches/

as attempting to download the patches from 
http://lynx.isc.org/release/patches/ results in a 403 Forbidden error.

updated ports as of yesterday, this is the file I am using.
