SDL uses incorrect thread flags

I took a quick look at the sdl12 port, and it looks like it respects
PTHREAD_{CFLAGS,LIBS}.  Have you already rebuilt sdl12 under
libpthread?  One of the GNOME users said after doing the sdl12 forced
update, it uses libpthread as it should.
