Arabic XML reader issue

Hello,

We are a company that does arabic localization here in the US.

We are having a small problem with document editing. More precisely, some 
western characters when put at the end of an arabic sentence tend to 
automatically go back to the beginning of the sentence.

I was wondering if you're aware of an editor that can properly read those 
mixed sentences (XML strings with western characters and arabic words) and 
fix those kind of issues.
