PyOpenGL Makefile tweak

Hi :)

I have a script that cleans out the carriage returns in the source
files that break the build.

I would like to include the script in the make file so that all the source files
are cleaned as part of the make. Where might I put that?  Also, I love
the chance
to make a submission to the FreeBSD Community (this would be my first
time) there's something
somewhere about what the steps are right?
