Yes and no. I promote libc_r to libpthread in my libmap.conf file, so
I have to special-case beep-media-player. The first line in my
libmap.conf file reads:
libc_r.so.5 libpthread.so.1
libc_r.so libpthread.so
Without forcing beep-media-player to use libc_r I get the coredump.
