prob with mozilla builds

when i load mozilla or firefox, i get 

LoadPlugin: failed to initialize shared 
library /usr/X11R6/lib/browser_plugins/libflashplayer_linux.so 
[/usr/X11R6/lib/browser_plugins/libflashplayer_linux.so: Undefined symbol 
"stderr"]

and then all sites with flash crash the whole browser, how can i fix this ?
