openoffice-1.1 can't get past jsdtoa

On current (updated several times a week) I've not been able
to compile/update openoffice-1.1.  It alway stops at
jsdtoa.c.  I haven't seen anyone else with this error so
I'm concerned that I'm missing something.   Any suggestions
would be appreciated.
