FreeBSD Port: pixilate-0.4

I just uploaded pixilate 0.4.1
This version contains the missing install-sh symlink which keeps
pixilate from building on bento
Easy fix was to always do automake --add-missing but that was still my
mistake.
This release also supports Win32 but that is neither here nor there :)

Please test this version and see if it works. The only thing you should
have to do is change the 
PORTVERSION to 0.4.1
And rerun make makesum

Which is why I didn't include a patch. Let me know,
